In the afternoon enjoy the short 10-minute drive to Jacobs Creek to collect your pre-packed picnic from the world-famous Jacob’s Creek cellar door. Wander along the creek, past the old fig tree and sit down by the original Jacob’s Family’s homestead to enjoy the Barossa at its best. The Gourmet Picnic Pack includes:

After your picnic spend the afternoon visiting one of the boutique wineries in the region including Kellermeister, Hemera Estate or Kies just to name a few.In the evening head to the award winning Henley Farm Restaurant for an intimate dining experience prepared by head chef Lachlan Colwill. Located in the heart of Greenock, you will begin your experience with a private tasting at the cellar door, the original 1880’s cottage on the property, where you can enjoy exclusive barrel samples and premium wines. You will then be seated in the Restaurant for your surprise tasting menu where Lachlan aims to connect his guests with the vineyards, the wines, the farm, and more broadly the Barossa itself whilst delivering a truly memorable dining experience.
This morning you will rise early for a breakfast experience of a lifetime as you head to the Hoffnungsthal Valley for a scenic flight with Barossa Helicopters.
You will take the short flight over the township of Lyndoch where your pilot will land at the Kies Family Winey and escort you inside to the Monkey Nut Café for a glass of Sparkling wine and delicious breakfast.
Then reboard the helicopter for your return flight via the stunning Cockatoo Valley and Whispering Wall before returning to your accommodation relaxed and ready for your next destination.
